This wrecked post contains more than one car, it contains fourteen cars with a combined value of around £2.5million; eight Ferrari's, a Lamborghini, a Mercedes and two Toyota's. This crash happened on a motorway in Western Japan when one of the lead Ferrari's tried to change lanes, skidded and hit a barrier, causing all of the other cars to hit each other whilst trying to avoid the spinning Ferrari. It's thought that the Ferrari's were heading to a meet in Hiroshima, Japan in the afternoon.
None of the Ferrari's were 'super expensive and ultra rare' examples, there are mostly 360's F355's, F430's, an F430 Scuderia and an F512. As you can see from the video all of the cars are pretty badly beaten up, some of them even beyond repair. Cars like these are more expensive in Japan then most other countries because there aren't many there, so the owners are at a great loss. Fortunately no one was killed but 10 people; 5 men and 5 women were taken to hospital to be treated for cuts and bruises, which was a very lucky escape when you see the severity of the crash. Click here for more information and watch the video for a better view of some badly smashed up cars.
I do not own any of the images or video included in this post.
